Shipping Arrangement

Payment Verification: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment only upon confirmation of full payment receipt. We are under no obligation to dispatch any products until the transaction is fully cleared.

Fulfillment Timeline: Once payment is confirmed, we will prepare and hand over your product to our courier partner within 5 business days.

Shipping Notifications: You will receive a notification regarding the estimated delivery window once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Liability: Once the product is handed over to the courier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.

International Orders: For any orders shipped outside of the HKSAR, the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes. NoOn Ring is not liable for delays caused by local customs authorities.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Final Sale: Once a transaction is completed, we do not accept requests for refunds without a valid, documented reason (e.g., an irreparable manufacturing defect).

Defective Goods: If a product is found to be defective, it is eligible for an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Product Inspection: Upon delivery, please check the product for any obvious faults, defects, or damages. To facilitate a smooth dispute resolution, please retain your original receipt and all packaging materials.
