2. Shipping & Payment Policy
Shipping Arrangement: We will arrange for shipment only after confirming receipt of your full payment. NoOn Ring is not obligated to ship products or fulfill any orders before receiving cleared funds in full.
International Shipping: For orders delivered outside of Hong Kong, the customer is responsible for all local import duties, customs fees, and taxes.
3. Product Representation & Variations
Color Variation: While we strive for accuracy, please note that the technical characteristics and color settings of various displays may cause the product’s color to appear differently on your screen than in person. The physical product received shall be considered the final standard.
Product Inspection: Upon delivery, please inspect the product for any obvious faults, defects, or damages. In case of disputes or subsequent issues, you must retain the original receipt of the received product.
4. Refund & Exchange Policy
Refunds: Once an order transaction is completed, we do not accept refunds without valid, documented reasons.
Defective Goods: Defective goods may be returned for an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
